The Journey to Knowing Worth

Knowing Worth was born from a deeply personal journey. For many years, living with a physical challenge significantly impacted how I viewed myself. I struggled profoundly with my self-worth, people-pleasing tendencies, setting healthy boundaries, and fully embracing my physical appearance.

Over time, God began a healing process in my heart, teaching me that my value was never contingent on appearance, perfection, or the approval of others. I discovered my true worth in Christ and learned that genuine peace, wisdom, confidence, and healing stem from seeing myself as God sees me.

Our Core Message: Your worth was never up for debate

At the heart of Knowing Worth, we want every woman to embrace this profound truth: Your worth was never up for debate. It's not based on appearance, performance, approval, relationships, productivity, or how "together" you appear. Your worth is rooted in who God says you are.

Our hope is that women walk away feeling seen instead of overlooked, confident instead of constantly shrinking, emotionally free instead of trapped in people-pleasing, and grounded in truth instead of insecurity.

A Community for Healing and Growth

Knowing Worth is a safe space for women to heal, grow, rest, and become. We empower you to set boundaries without guilt and embrace yourself fully—flaws, scars, challenges, and all. We believe you do not have to earn love, overexplain yourself, or abandon yourself to be accepted.

This platform is designed to help women reconnect with their identity in Christ, grow in wisdom and discernment, laugh, heal, and learn how to protect their peace without losing their softness.

"Knowing Worth is meant to be a place where women reconnect with their identity in Christ, grow in wisdom and discernment, laugh, heal, and learn how to protect their peace without losing their softness."
